摘要
随着我国社会经济的高速发展,血站与其他组织一样面临着极大的内部管理挑战。而要想在市场化大潮中充分地凝聚血站工作人员向心力,调动职工主观能动性,增强其归属感与使命感,扎根岗位、服务社会,血站则应加强血站文化与精神文明建设,发挥出血站文化的导向、辐射、引领、激励等综合作用,内聚人心、外展形象。基于当前新时期背景下,血站文化建设工作应立足于组织文化建设视域,着眼血站发展新需求与新形势来探索有效发展路径。文章围绕文明风尚、精益求精、聚能赋能3个维度,即以文明风尚为文化建设初心打造血站公益文化形象、以精益求精为文化建设根基提升血站管理服务水平、以聚能赋能为文化建设本质凝聚党建群团合力,以期不断提升血站文化建设综合水平,推动我国公共卫生事业持续发展。
With the rapid development of social economy,blood stations and other organizations face great internal management challenges,and to fully in the tide of marketization condensed blood stations staff centripetal force,mobilize staff subjective initiative,enhance their sense of belonging and mission,root post,service society,blood stations should strengthen blood stations culture and spiritual civilization construction,play to the bleeding station culture guidance,radiation,leading,motivation,cohesion,outreach image.Based on the background of the current new period,the cultural construction of blood stations should be based on the threshold of organizational cultural construction and focus on the new needs and new situation of blood stations.This article around the civilized fashion,excellence,poly can assign to three dimensions,namely with civilized fashion for the cultural construction beginner′s mind makes blood stations public cultural image,according to the blood stations management service level,to poly can assign to the essence of cultural construction party under together,in order to enhance the comprehensive level of blood stations culture construction,promote the sustainable development of public health in China.
