摘要
目的分析快速冰冻切片技术在病理诊断中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2022年1月—2023年2月在宁德师范学院附属宁德市医院进行疾病诊断及治疗的98例患者的临床资料。所有患者均进行病理组织标本检查,根据切片技术的不同将其分为2组,对照组49例应用常规石蜡切片技术,观察组49例应用快速冰冻切片技术。统计应用2种不同切片技术得到的检测结果的准确率,对2组切片技术应用过程中的相关指标行统计记录。结果观察组检查结果准确率为95.92%,对照组检查结果准确率为93.88%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2组切片技术相关指标评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在病理诊断中应用快速冰冻切片技术其检测结果的准确率与常规石蜡切片技术得到的结果基本一致,能够清晰地观察到病理细胞的形态以及结构,并且诊断速度比较快,能够针对患者的病情作出迅速的反应,还可有效避免2次手术,医师可根据快速冰冻结果制定更加完善的手术方案,特别是一些病情危急的患者,应用快速冰冻切片技术进行病理诊断可发挥出更高的价值。
Objective To analyze the application effect of rapid frozen section technique in pathological diagnosis.Methods The clinical data of 98 patients diagnosed and treated in Ningde Municipal Hospital of Ningde Normal University from January 2022 to February 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.All patients underwent pathological specimen examination and were randomly divided into 2 groups according to different section techniques.49 cases in the control group were subjected to conventional paraffin section technique,and 49 cases in the observation group were subjected to rapid frozen section technique.The accuracy of the detection results obtained by the application of two different slicing techniques was calculated,and the relevant indicators in the application process of the two groups of slicing techniques were statistically recorded.Results The accuracy of inspection results was 95.92%in the observation group and 93.88%in the control group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in scores of sectioning techniques between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of rapid frozen section technology in pathological diagnosis has the same accuracy rate as that obtained by conventional paraffin section technology.The shape and structure of pathological cells can be clearly observed,and the diagnosis speed is relatively fast,which can make a rapid response to the patient's condition and effectively avoid the second operation.Doctors can make more perfect surgical plans according to the results of rapid freezing,especially for some patients with more critical conditions.The application of rapid freezing section technology for pathological diagnosis can play a higher value.
