摘要
全氟和多氟烷基化合物(per-and polyfluoroalkyl substances,PFASs)作为一种环境新污染物被广泛关注。PFASs的生物毒性及生态健康风险成为生态毒理领域研究的一个热点。PFASs不仅对环境中的微生物个体产生毒性效应,长期暴露可以对环境微生物群落的组成、结构和酶活性产生影响,从而干扰生态系统中正常的物质循环和能量流动。本文阐述了PFASs对不同环境介质(淡水环境、海洋环境、污泥和土壤)中微生物群落结构和多样性的影响,总结了PFASs存在条件下酶活性和功能的响应,在此基础上对PFASs生态风险评价的研究方向进行展望,以期为客观评价PFASs的环境生态风险提供理论依据和支撑。
Per-and polyfluoroalkyl substances(PFASs)have attracted significant attention as a emerging environmental contaminant.The biological toxicities and ecological health risks associated with PFASs have emerged as a popular subject for ecotoxicology related research.PFASs have a detrimental impact on individual microbes in the environment.Furthermore,prolonged exposure to PFASs can disrupt the composition,structure and enzyme activity of the microbial community in the environment,disrupting the normal cycling of materials and energy in the ecosystem.This paper reviewed the impact of PFASs on microbial community structure and diversity across various environmental media,namely freshwater,marine and soil.Additionally,it summarizes the effects of enzyme activity and function in response to PFASs.Based on these findings,an assessment of the future direction of ecological risk assessment of PFASs was conducted to provide a theoretical basis and support for unbiased environmental and ecological risk assessment of PFASs.
