摘要
泵站系统是集测量、控制、管理于一体的综合性自动化控制系统,主要用来实现整个泵站系统设备的就地和远端控制、设备参数的数据上传、设备故障报警、运行过程实时监测等功能。针对目前部分泵站管理落后、设备缺乏实时调控、经济耗能严重的现状,采用了智能化泵站控制系统的方法,减少了人力同时也减轻了劳动强度,达到“无人值班、少人值守”的运行要求,保证泵站安全可靠且经济运行,进一步实现了泵站的优化调度。
The pumping station system is a comprehensive automatic control system integrating measurement,control and management.It is mainly used to realize the remote and on-site control of the entire pumping station system equipment,real-time monitoring of equipment parameters,fault alarms,operation process display and other functions.Aiming at the current situation of backward management of some pumping stations,lack of real-time control of equipment,and serious economic energy consumption,the method of intelligent pumping station control system is adopted,which reduces manpower and labor intensity.The operation requirements of“no one on duty,few people on duty”ensure the safe,reliable and economical operation of the pumping station,and further realize the optimized scheduling of the pumping station.
