摘要
发动机作为汽车的“心脏”,其装配质量直接影响着汽车的工作可靠性及行驶安全性。为了进一步提高发动机的装配质量,该文通过收集发动机装配过程中的装配参数、检测数据、传感器信号等,构建汽车发动机数据采集系统,利用大数据处理技术对采集到的数据进行清洗、整合和分析,基于智能决策支持系统实时监控装配流程,根据数据分析的结果自动调整装配参数,确保装配过程的稳定性和产品质量的一致性,提高发动机装配的精度和可靠性,减少不良品率。研究成果可以为持续改进装配工艺提供模型与技术支持。
As the“heart”of the car,the assembly quality of the engine directly affects the reliability of the car and driving safety.In order to further improve the assembly quality of the engine,this paper collects assembly parameters,inspection data,sensor signals,etc.in the process of engine assembly,builds an automotive engine data acquisition system,cleans,integrates and analyzes the collected data using big data processing technology,monitors the assembly process in real time based on the intelligent decision-making support system,and automatically adjusts the assembly parameters according to the results of data analysis to ensure the stability of the assembly process and the consistency of product quality,improve the accuracy and reliability of engine assembly,and reduce the defective product rate.The system automatically adjusts the assembly parameters according to the results of data analysis,ensures the stability of the assembly process and the consistency of product quality,improves the precision and reliability of engine assembly,and reduces the rate of defective products.The research results can provide model and technical support for the continuous improvement of the assembly process.
