温成形对QP980钢板力学行为及微观组织演变的影响

摘要 为避免产生“蓝脆”等缺陷并确定适宜的温成形温度,探究了不同成形温度对QP980钢板性能的影响,通过光学显微镜、扫描电镜、拉伸测试等方法,对其微观组织和力学性能进行研究,并对QP980钢板进行各向异性分析。结果表明:在平行于板材轧制方向(0°),QP980钢板在300℃拉伸时具备较高的强度和塑性,强塑积可达到38.526 GPa·%;在与板材轧制方向呈45°和90°方向的强塑积明显低于0°方向,但在300℃时材料各向异性最弱。这是由于α固溶体中过饱和碳的析出使铁素体含量增加,有利于协调硬相变形,增强材料塑性,且该温度下发生了下贝氏体转变以及过渡型颗粒状η-Fe_(2)C的析出,又可提高材料的强度。综合来看,QP980钢板在300℃时具备最优的成形性能。 In order to avoid the defects such as“blue brittleness”and determine the proper warm forming temperature,the influences of different forming temperature on the properties of QP980 steel plate were investigated,and the microstructure and mechanical properties were studied by optical microscope,scanning electron microscope,tensile test and other methods.Then,the anisotropy analysis was carried out on QP980 steel plate.The results show that in the direction parallel to the plate rolling(0°),QP980 steel plate has both high strength and plasticity when stretching at 300℃,and the strong plastic product can reach 38.526 GPa·%.The strong plastic product in the directions of 45°and 90°to the rolling direction is obviously lower than that in the 0°direction,but the material anisotropy is the weakest at 300℃.This is due to the precipitation of supersaturated carbon inα-solid solution increases the ferrite content,which is conducive to the coordination of hard-phase deformation and enhance the plasticity of material,and the lower bainite transformation occurs at this temperature and the precipitation of transition-type granularη-Fe_(2)C improve the strength of material.Comprehensively,QP980 steel plate has the optimal forming properties at 300℃.
