摘要
为解决BB-3T标准布氏硬度计自动化水平和工作效率低的问题,本文采用机械手抓取和移动硬度块,通过步进电机驱动连杆机构,实现变荷手柄自动控制;使用伺服电机和蜗轮丝杆升降机构,控制载荷加载速度和保持时间;运用Step7与DOPSoft软件完成PLC控制程序和工业触摸屏人机交互界面的设计,实现BB-3T标准布氏硬度计的自动化改造。实验证明:该设计能控制系统稳定运行,且测量结果重复性较好,操作简单,可实现计量检校过程的自动化,提升工作效率。
In order to solve the problem of low automation level and working efficiency of BB-3T standard Brinell hardness tester,this paper adopts manipulator to grasp and move hardness block,and realizes automatic control of variable load handle by stepper motor to drive connecting rod mechanism.Use servo motor and worm gear screw lifting mechanism to control load loading speed and holding time;The PLC control program and industrial touch screen human-computer interface were designed by Step7 and DOPSoft,and the automatic transformation of BB-3T standard Brinell hardness tester was realized.The experiment shows that the design can control the stable system operation,and the measurement results are good repeatability,simple operation,can realize the automation of the measurement and calibration process,and improve the work efficiency.
