摘要
针对山西盛平煤矿一段综采工作面蹬空开采过程中容易出现底板煤柱破坏失稳,工作面产生塌陷风险问题。为保证综采工作面安全通过空巷,提出了高水材料充填空巷技术,通过分析工作面底板破坏塌陷机理,采取不同配比的高水材料凝固性能的试验,确定水灰质量比为4:1,并设计了分段阻隔注浆充填方案,对老巷进行填充加固和补充加固。现场工业性试验结果表明:工作面回采期间正常推进,通过空巷时,工作面液压支架的支护阻力为15.5 MPa,空巷充填体压缩量为50~150 mm,表现出良好的支撑顶板的能力,工作面安全高效地通过空巷。
In response to the issue of bottom coal pillar destabilization and potential collapse risks during the goaf mining process of a certain fully mechanized mining section in Shengping coal mine,Shanxi,a high-water material filling technique has been proposed to ensure safe passage through the goaf for fully mechanized mining sections.Through experiments assessing the solidification properties of high-water materials with varying compositions,a water-to-cement mass ratio of 4:1 was determined.A segmented barrier grouting filling scheme was designed to fill and reinforce the old tunnels.Field industrial tests have shown that during the mining period,the working face progresses normally,and when passing through the goaf,the hydraulic support resistance is 15.5 MPa,and the filling material in the goaf is compressed by 50 mm to 150 mm,demonstrating its strong capability to support the roof,thus allowing the working face to pass safely and efficiently through the goaf.
