随着市场环境的变化,市场竞争日益加剧,消费者需求的多样化和个性化对企业提出了更高要求,这进一步加大了企业间的竞争力度,企业间的竞争已逐步从市场、业务间的传统竞争转变为管理模式、管理手段的竞争。转变管理理念思维,创新管理方式方法,提高效率,降低成本等已成为企业管理的重中之重,对改善企业运作现状、提升运作效率影响重大。供应链管理作为关注成本、注重效率的管理模式,在企业运作中的重要作用逐步凸显,互联网、大数据、人工智能等新技术的发展更是为供应链管理应用深度的增加、重要作用的发挥带来了新的发展机遇,有助于企业实时跟踪和管理供应链各个环节,提高管理的准确性。供应链管理不断完善与发展,已成为提升企业管理水平的重要方式,是衡量企业核心竞争力的关键因素。文章从供应链管理在企业运作中的重要意义切入,深入分析了供应链管理在企业运营中的应用现状,并提出强化应用的有效措施,以期为企业更好地推进供应链管理、深化供应链应用提供一定的参考。
