重庆地铁6号线刘家坪站无砟轨道接驳改造方案研究

摘要 城市规划伴随其发展需不断调整和完善,因此既有地铁延伸线方案可能较早期规划有所调整,继而造成延伸线轨道要从未预留接口的车站进行接驳改造。以重庆地铁6号线东站延伸线为例,对刘家坪高架站无砟轨道接驳改造方案进行研究。改造方案不仅要满足无砟轨道接驳铺设要求,还要做到安全可靠、尽量减少中断运营时间、方便后期养护维修。基于此,提出合成树脂枕先浇筑道床、长轨枕后浇筑道床、短轨枕先浇筑道床、预制道床板4种无砟轨道改造方案,并分析不同方案技术特点,可对其他线的无砟轨道接驳改造提供参考。 Urban planning is constantly adjusted and improved with the development of the city.Therefore,the extension line scheme of existing urban rail transit may have been adjusted compared to early network planning,which will cause the extension line to be connected to a station with no reserved interface.This paper takes the extension line of Chongqing Metro Line 6 East Station as an example to study the transformation scheme of ballastless track connecting to Liujiaping elevated station.The reconstruction scheme should not only meet the requirements of ballastless track laying,but also be safe and reliable,minimize the interrupted operation time,and facilitate the later maintenance.Therefore,this paper puts forward four reconstruction schemes for ballastless track including synthetic resin sleepers pouring the track bed first,long sleepers pouring the track bed later,short sleepers pouring the track bed first,and prefabricated track bed slabs,and analyzes the characteristics of different schemes,which can provide reference for the transformation of ballastless track connection of other lines.
