摘要
金华洲际酒店地上23层,塔楼为酒店,裙房为宴会厅等酒店配套用房。塔楼主体结构采用钢筋混凝土框架-核心筒体系,裙房主体结构采用钢筋混凝土框架体系。结合裙房功能需求及结构布置特点,进行性能化设计,对关键构件进行加强。针对塔楼核心筒长宽比较大、楼板不连续、局部楼层位移比超限等不利条件,采用两种结构体系的包络设计并针对重点部位、重点构件采取加强措施。通过优化下挂钢结构设备夹层设计方案,避免了主体结构竖向刚度突变引起超限问题。创新提出高空悬挑钢结构造型分榀设计方案,并对大跨度预应力梁结构布置进行优化分析。结果表明,该工程设计结构布置合理,设备夹层、悬挑钢结构造型等设计优化方案合理,经济效益、外观效果等较好。
Jinhua Intercontinental Hotel has 23 floors above the ground,the tower is the hotel,and the podium is the banquet hall and other hotel supporting rooms.The reinforced concrete frame-core tube system is used for the main structure of the tower,and the reinforced concrete frame system is used for the main structure of the podium.According to the functional requirements and structural layout characteristics of the podium,the performance-based design is carried out,and the key components are strengthened.In view of the unfavorable conditions such as the large length-width ratio of the core tube,the discontinuity of the floor and the over-limit of the local floor displacement ratio,the envelope design of two structural systems is adopted,and the strengthening measures are taken for the key parts and components.Through optimizing design scheme of the equipment interlayer with steel structure hanging below,the problem of overrun caused by the sudden change of the vertical stiffness of the main structure is avoided.This paper innovatively puts forward the design scheme of constructing trusses in segments for high-altitude cantilevered steel structure shape.The optimization of structural layout of large-span prestressed beams is analyzed.The results show that the design structure layout of the project is reasonable,and the design optimization schemes for equipment interlayer and cantilever steel structure shape are reasonable.The economic benefits and appearance effects are good.
