摘要
以辛酸亚锡Sn(Oct)2为催化剂,分别通过苯甲醇和季戊四醇引发ε-己内酯(CL)的开环聚合(ROP),制备了线形聚(ε-己内酯)(PCL)和四臂星形聚(ε-己内酯)(S-(PCL)4)。用核磁共振氢谱(1H NMR)表征了聚合物的结构,用凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)测定了它们的相对分子质量。线形聚(ε-己内酯)(PCL)和四臂星形聚(ε-己内酯)(S-(PCL)4)可用后续制备基于聚己内酯的两亲性嵌段共聚物,为可生物降解药物输送载体的开发和应用打下基础。
Linear poly(ε-caprolactone)(PCL)and four-arm star-shaped poly(ε-caprolactone)(S-(PCL)4)were prepared by ring-opening polymerization(ROP)ofε-caprolactone initiated by benzyl alcohol and pentaerythritol respectively,using stannous octoate Sn(Oct)2 as a catalyst.The structure of the polymers were characterized by 1H NMR spectra and their molecular weight were determined by gel permeation chromatography(GPC).Linear poly(ε-caprolactone)and four-arm star-shaped polymers(ε-caprolactone)can be used to prepare amphiphilic block copolymers based on polycaprolactone,which lays a foundation for the development and application of biodegradable drug delivery carriers.
