摘要
以2-肼基苯并噻唑与5-苯基-2-噻吩甲醛为原料合成一种新型苯并噻唑类荧光探针L,并通过核磁、红外及质谱结构表征。在四氢呋喃/4-羟乙基哌嗪乙磺酸(THF/HEPES,v∶v=4∶6,pH=7.4)体系中,探针L可与Ag^(+)以1∶1比例形成络合物L-Ag^(+)从而实现对Ag^(+)的“开-关”荧光响应识别,并可抵抗常见金属离子及阴离子的干扰。当Ag^(+)浓度在0~10μmol/L时,荧光强度与Ag+浓度呈现良好线性关系,且检测极限低至72.0nmol/L。探针L成功应用于水体中Ag+检测,实验加标回收率为86.29%~107.10%,相对标准偏差为1.78%~4.59%,取得令人满意的结果。
A novel benzothiazole-based fluorescent probe L was synthesized by 2-hydrazinylbenzothiazole with 5-phenyl-2-thiophenecarbaldehyde,and its structure was characterized by NMR,FT-IR and HRMS.In the system of THF/HEPES(v∶v=4∶6,pH=7.4),the probe L formed a complex L-Ag+with Ag+in a 1∶1 ratio,realizing the recognition of Ag+with the“on-off”fluorescence response and demonstrating resistance to the interference of common metal ions and anions.The fluorescence intensity exhibited a remarkable linear relationship with Ag+concentration in the range of 0~10μmol/L,with an impressively low detection limit of 72.0nmol/L.Additionally,The probe L was successfully applied to the detection of Ag+in water.The experimental spiked recovery rates ranged from 86.29%to 107.10%,and relative standard deviations ranged from 1.78%to 4.59%,yielding highly satisfactory results.
