摘要
焊接技术对农业机械维修和维护工作至关重要,手工焊接很容易出现咬边、焊瘤、气孔等问题,本研究重点对产生这些问题的原因进行了分析,提出了相应建议和意见,并立足焊接领域出现的焊接机器人、激光焊接等焊接新方法、新技术对未来农业机械维修的焊接技术进行了展望,以期推动农业机械维修焊接技术全面进步。
Welding technology is very important for the repair and maintenance of agricultural machinery.Manual welding is prone to problems such as biting edges,weld lumps and porosity.In this paper,the analysis of the causes of these problems were analyzed,suggestions and relative advices were put forward,and based on the welding field appeared welding robot,laser welding and other welding new methods,new technologies for the future of agricultural machinery repair welding technologies were prospected,in order to promote comprehensive progress in welding technology for agricultural machinery maintenance.
