典型草原天然牧草青贮品质动态研究

摘要 天然牧草是草原畜牧业生产中最主要的物质基础,提高其饲用价值具有重要意义。为探讨天然牧草青贮品质的动态变化规律,以典型草原天然牧草为试验材料,在青贮1、3、5、7、15、30 d和60 d后分别测定其营养品质、发酵指标和微生物数量。结果表明:青贮时间对天然牧草青贮的营养品质、发酵品质和微生物数量均有显著影响(P<0.05)。随着青贮时间的延长,干物质、粗蛋白、可溶性碳水化合物含量和pH呈逐渐下降的趋势,乳酸、乙酸、中性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤纤维含量呈逐渐上升的趋势,乳酸菌数量逐渐增多,酵母菌、一般好氧性细菌和大肠杆菌数量逐渐减少。综上,天然牧草青贮60 d的发酵品质最优。但天然牧草以常规方式进行青贮效果并不理想,在生产中可考虑添加适宜的发酵菌剂进行青贮。 Native grass is the most important material base in grassland livestock production,and it is of great significance to improve its feeding value.In order to study the dynamic change law of the silage quality of native grass,typical steppe native grass were used as experimental materials,and their nutritional quality,fermentation quality and microbial population were determined after 1,3,5,7,15,30 d and 60 d of silage,respectively.The ensiling time had significant effects(P<0.05)on the nutritional quality,fermentation quality and microbial population of native grass silage.Dry matter,crude protein,water soluble carbohydrate content and pH showed a gradual decrease with increasing ensiling time.Lactic acid,acetic acid,neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber content showed a gradual increase.There was a gradual increase in the number of lactic acid bacteria and a gradual decrease in the number of yeasts,aerobic bacteria and coliform bacteria.In conclusion,the fermentation quality of native grass silage for 60 d was optimal.However,the effect of native grass silage by conventional way was not ideal,and the addition of suitable fermentation bacterial agent for silage could be considered in production.
