摘要
在全民大健康背景下,中医药产业迅猛发展,如何培养出满足行业发展的高素质人才已成为高校面临的挑战。采用校企合作模式,从课程设计、课程实施、效果评价等方面对中药学实验教学进行改革,以增强学生学习主动性,提高学生就业率及竞争力,降低离职率,节约企业培训成本。
Under the background of Great Health in China,the traditional Chinese medicine industry is developing rapidly,and how to cultivate high-quality personnel that meet the industry′s development has become a challenge faced by universities.We will reform the experimental teaching of traditional Chinese medicine from the aspects of course design,implementation,and effectiveness evaluation with school-enterprise cooperation model,so as to enhance students′learning initiative,improve their employment and competitiveness,reduce turnover rates,and save training costs for enterprises.
