摘要
目的:准确分离鉴定复杂样品基质中的单核细胞增生李斯特氏菌及李斯特菌属。方法:依据《食品安全国家标准 食品微生物学检验 单核细胞增生李斯特氏菌》(GB 4789.30—2016)进行检测,利用病原微生物快速检测系统(BAX System Q7)对能力验证中的两份样品进行快速筛选,采用全自动微生物鉴定仪(Phoenix M50)分析鉴定可疑菌株。结果:BAX System Q7法与国标法检测结果一致,编号为A的样品检出伊氏李斯特氏菌,编号为B的样品检出单核细胞增生李斯特氏菌。结论:BAX System Q7法简便快速,Phoenix M50系统操作简单、自动化程度高,因此在检测复杂样品基质时,可以先用国标法检测单核细胞增生李斯特氏菌,再采用BAX System Q7系统和Phoenix M50系统进行双向验证,以确保检测结果的准确性。
Objective:To accurately isolate and identify Listeria monocytogenes and Listeria species in complex sample matrices.Method:Detection was carried out in accordance with GB 4789.30—2016,the pathogenic microorganism rapid detection system(BAX System Q7)was used to quickly screen the two samples in the proficiency test,and the fully automatic microbial identification instrument(Phoenix M50)was used to analyze and identify suspicious strains.Result:The test results of the BAX System Q7 method were consistent with the national standard method.The sample numbered A was detected with Listeria ivanovill,and the sample numbered B was detected with Listeria monocytogenes.Conclusion:The BAX System Q7 method is simple and fast,and the Phoenix M50 system is simple to operate and highly automated.Therefore,when detecting complex sample matrices,you can first use the national standard method to detect Listeria monocytogenes,and then use the BAX System Q7 system and Phoenix The M50 system performs two-way verification to ensure the accuracy of test results.
