本文汇总了2023年聊城市食品监督抽检结果,分别从抽检批次、不合格率、食品分类等方面进行归类统计分析。结果表明,聊城市2023年共抽检食品样品13 741批次,其中不合格样品373批次,不合格率为2.72%。抽检涉及30个食品大类,15个食品大类检出不合格样品,其中食用农产品、餐饮食品、豆制品等食品类别的风险度较高,发现的问题主要为食品安全的三大隐患问题,即“农兽药残留超标”“微生物污染问题”“超范围超限量使用食品添加剂问题”。从总体抽检情况看,食品安全性有待提高,需进一步加强企业监管,督促其科学使用食品添加剂、农兽药等,建议检验检测单位合理安排抽检计划,精准抽检。
This paper summarizes the results of food supervision and sampling in Liaocheng city in 2023,and carries out classification and statistical analysis from the aspects of sampling batches,unqualified rate and food classification.The results showed that a total of 13741 batches of samples were sampled in Liaocheng city in 2023,of which 373 batches of unqualified samples were unqualified,and the unqualified rate was 2.72%.Sampling involved 30 food categories,of which 15 food categories were detected unqualified samples,and the food categories with a higher unqualified rate were edible agricultural products,catering food,bean products,etc.The main problems are excessive residues of agricultural and veterinary drugs,out-of-range,ultra-limited use of food additives and microbial contamination,etc.From the overall sampling situation,food safety needs to be improved,it is necessary to further strengthen the supervision of enterprises,urge their scientific use of food additives,agricultural and veterinary drugs,etc.,and suggest that inspection units rationally arrange sampling plans and accurate sampling.
