摘要
食品安全关乎民生,食品检验仪器设备的优化管理对提升检验质量、保障食品安全意义重大。本文梳理了常见检验仪器设备的类型及作用,剖析了当前管理中存在的计量溯源与校准不规范、操作规程与记录缺失、性能验证与淘汰机制不健全等问题。针对这些问题,提出了建立完善的计量溯源与校准制度、标准操作规程与记录管理、性能验证与淘汰机制等优化措施,以期为提升食品检验机构仪器设备管理水平提供参考。
Food safety is related to people’s livelihoods,and the optimization and management of food inspection instruments and equipment are of great significance for improving inspection quality and ensuring food safety.This article summarizes the types and functions of common inspection instruments and equipment,and analyzes the problems in current management,such as non-standard metrological traceability and calibration,lack of operating procedures and records,and inadequate performance verification and elimination mechanisms.In response to these issues,optimization measures such as establishing a sound metrological traceability and calibration system,standard operating procedures and record management,performance verification and elimination mechanisms have been proposed,in order to provide reference for improving the management level of instruments and equipment in food inspection institutions.
