摘要
技术形态的演变是职业教育发展的根源。新质生产力要求发展高科技、高效能、高质量的生产力,也给职业教育提出新的要求,即培养软技术、创造力、高端通识能力等新型高素质技能型人才。工匠精神内核与新质生产力本质要求高度契合。通过分析工匠精神的当代内涵和培育困境,剖析职业院校工匠精神培育的人本价值、教育价值和社会价值,思考在发展新质生产力的引领下,高职院校在产教融合、教师队伍建设、思政课程建设、校园文化建设等四个方面培育工匠精神的实践进路。
The evolution of technological forms is the root of vocational education develop-ment.New productive forces refer to high-tech,high-efficiency,and high-quality produc-tive forces,and therefore new requirements have been put forward for vocational education,which is to cultivate new high-quality skilled talents with soft power,creativity,and high-level abilities.The craftsman spirit is highly compatible with the essential requirements of new quality productive forces.This article analyzes the connotation of craftsman spirit,the humanistic value,educational value,and social value of cultivating craftsman spirit of vocational college students,and discusses the ways to cultivate craftsman spirit from indus-try-school integration,teaching staff building,ideological and political education course con-struction,and campus culture construction,etc.
