摘要
本文以某钢厂的热轧生产线为研究对象,对该厂区35 kV母线的电能质量进行了测量分析,提出加装一套动态无功补偿装置(SVG+FC)相互协调共同补偿的技术方案。并针对该热轧生产线运行时特点,计算出了主要设备运行时系统所需要补偿的无功容量。利用仿真软件PSAF对该系统进行了仿真,结果表明该动态无功补偿装置能够对热轧生产线引起的电能质量问题进行有效治理,且补偿性能良好。
This article takes the hot rolling line of a steel mill as the research object,measures and analyzes the power quality of 35 kV bus in the plant area,and puts forward a technical scheme of installing a dynamic reactive power compensation device(SVG+FC)in the 35 kV bus area.According to the running characteristics of the hot rolling line,the reactive power capacity that the system needs to compensate when the main equipment is running is calculated.The system is simulated by using simulation software PSAF,and the results show that the dynamic reactive power compensation device can effectively control the power quality problems caused by hot rolling production line,and the compensation performance is good.
