管道螺旋流水合物浆液输送规律数值模拟研究

摘要 实现水合物的流态化以及提高管道输送容量,是固态流化法亟待解决的两大难题。因此,以水合物泥沙混合浆液为研究对象,进行全程起旋管液-固-固两相流数值模拟,研究其固相的流动特性,并与普通光管进行比较。通过研究发现,管道倾角越大,全程起旋管截面水合物的体积分数越大,泥沙的体积分数越小,而在普通光管的截面上,固相颗粒分布变化更加明显,说明倾斜角度对普通光管固相分布的影响更大,全程起旋管输送更具稳定性。该研究对螺旋流提高水合物输送能力和导流条全程起旋的工程应用具有重要意义。 The fluidization of hydrate and the increase of pipeline transport capacity are two important problems to be solved by solid fluidization method.Therefore,the mixed slurry of hydrate and sand was taken as the research object.Numerical simulation of liquid-solid-solid two-phase flow in the whole spin pipeline was conducted to study the flow characteristics of its solid phase.In addition,a comparison was made between the whole spin pipeline and a regular ordinary pipeline.Through research,it found that the larger the inclination angle of the pipeline is,the higher the volume fraction of hydrates in the cross-section of the whole spin pipeline is,and the smaller the volume fraction of sand is.However,on the cross-section of ordinary pipeline,the change of solid particle distribution is more obvious,indicating that the inclination angle has a greater impact on the solid distribution of ordinary pipeline,and the transportation of the whole spin pipeline is more stable.This study has important significance for the engineering application of spiral flow to improve hydrate transport capacity and guide bar whole spin.
