煤矿挡水装置可视化远程控制的设计与应用

摘要 为实现煤矿挡水装置远程控制,并可靠运行,利用煤矿现有挡水装置进行远程控制功能的研究,实现井下自动化减员的目的。结果表明,将液位传感器、行程开关等模拟量、开关量输入至PLC内,通过PLC内部的数据运算及处理来实现挡水装置前后的水位监测、挡水装置的开关,通过通信及视频监控模块可在调度监控中心实时掌握井下情况。当煤矿突发涌水时,可以避免人员伤亡及减少财产损失。 In order to realize the remote control of the water retaining device in coal mine and make the water retaining device run reliably,the remote control function of the existing water retaining device in coal mine was studied to realize the purpose of automatic downsizing of underground workers.The results show that the liquid level sensor,stroke switch and other analog quantities are input into the PLC,and the water level monitoring before and after the water baffle device and the switch of the water baffle device are realized through the data operation and processing inside the PLC,and the communication and video monitoring module can grasp the downhole situation in the dispatching and monitoring center in real time.When the coal mine burst water,it can avoid casualties and reduce property losses.
