高层建筑工程深基坑支护施工技术要点分析

摘要 为了提升建筑工程的施工质量,确保工程结构的安全性和稳定性,避免出现坍塌、变形、位移等问题,施工人员必须重视深基坑施工,尤其是支护施工技术。文章围绕高层建筑工程项目实例展开分析,阐述了该项目施工中的具体作业流程,包括钻孔灌注桩支护、预应力锚索支护、喷锚支护、降排水施工、深基坑施工监测。通过明确上述工艺流程和关键步骤的技术操作要点,结合各个分区的设计要求与地基情况,灵活选择支护技术,从而保证建筑基础的稳定性。 In order to improve the construction quality of construction projects,ensure the safety and stability of engineering structures,and avoid problems such as collapse,deformation,and displacement,construction personnel must pay attention to deep foundation pit construction,especially support construction technology.This paper focuses on the analysis of high rise building engineering projects and elaborates on the specific construction process of the project,including bored pile support,prestressed anchor cable support,spray anchor support,drainage construction,and deep foundation pit construction monitoring.By clarifying the technical operation points of the above process flow and key steps,the support technology can be flexibly selected based on the design requirements and foundation conditions of each zone,thereby ensuring the stability of the building foundation.
