摘要
本文对用高效液相色谱法测定婴幼儿配方奶粉中维生素B2含量的过程进行了不确定度评价。依据GB 5009.85—2016第一法对婴幼儿配方奶粉中的维生素B2含量进行测定,依照JJF 1135—2005和JJF 1059.1—2012对检测过程中的不确定度进行了分析。在维生素B2含量的测定过程中,标准物质的配制过程、样品回收率、测量重复性和样品称量引入的不确定度分量对最终合成不确定度均有较大影响。因此,在样品测定时要对上述因素加以控制,以提高检测数据的准确性。
This article evaluated the uncertainty for the determination of vitamin B2 in infant formula by high performance liquid chromatography.Testing was conducted in accordance with the first method of national food safety standard GB 5009.85—2016.The uncertainty in the experiment were analyzed in accordance with the technical specifications:JJF 1135—2005 and JJF 1059.1—2012.In the measurement of vitamin B2 content,the preparation of reference materials,recovery,measurement repeatability and weighing sample had great influences on the combined standard uncertainty.Therefore,during the measurement,the above factors should be controlled to improve the accuracy of the test results.
