摘要
1+X证书制度是我国职业教育改革的一项重大制度创新,是对职业教育人才培养模式的一场深刻变革。根据1+X证书制度要求,从“双师”素质、教师队伍建设、教学资源建设、课程体系建设等方面入手构建高职院校质量评价指标体系。高职院校作为1+X证书制度的实施主体,如何把握1+X证书制度给高职院校带来的机遇与挑战,如何构建1+X证书制度下高职院校质量评价指标体系,是摆在高职院校面前的一项重要课题。基于对1+X证书制度的理解和1+X证书制度下高职院校质量评价指标体系构建的实践探索,总结出1+X证书制度下高职院校质量评价指标体系构建策略。
The 1+X certificate system is a major institutional innovation in China’s vocational education reform and a profound transformation of the talent cultivation mode in vocational education.According to the requirements of the 1+X certificate system,a quality evaluation index system for vocational colleges should be constructed from such aspects as“dual quality”of teachers,teacher team construction,teaching resource construction,and curriculum system construction,etc.As the main body of the implementation of the 1+X certificate system,the vocational colleges are faced with an important task:how to grasp the opportunities,how to rise up to challenges brought by the 1+X certificate system,and how to construct a quality evaluation index system for vocational colleges under the 1+X certificate system.Based on the understanding of the 1+X certificate system and the practical exploration of constructing the quality evaluation index system for vocational colleges under the 1+X certificate system,this article summarizes the strategies for constructing the quality evaluation index system for vocational colleges under the 1+X certificate system.
