“双碳”目标下郴州市东江湖水资源-经济-社会-环境-科技耦合协调发展研究

摘要 构建郴州市东江湖水资源-经济-社会-环境-科技5个子系统、16个评价维度、78个评价指标的评价体系,运用熵值法和耦合协调度模型测算其耦合协调度,破解“水资源利用效率低、重金属污染等问题”。研究结果表明:郴州市东江湖水资源评价指数呈缓慢下降趋势、经济呈较快增加趋势,水资源与经济两个子系统处于较高水平发展;社会、环境、科技3个子系统同样呈现出较好发展趋势,但仍处于较低水平;5个子系统自2018年步入高水平耦合度发展阶段和中等耦合协调度发展阶段,其中2019—2021年为良好耦合协调类型。 The evaluation system consisting of 5 subsystems,16 evaluation dimensions,and 78 evaluation indicators,including water resources,economy,society,environment,and technology,for Dongjiang Lake in Chenzhou City was constructed.The entropy method and coupling coordination model were used to calculate its coupling coordination and solve problems such as low water resource utilization efficiency and heavy metal pollution.The results indicate that the water resource evaluation index of Dongjiang Lake in Chenzhou City shows a slow decline trend,while the economy shows a rapid increase trend.The two subsystems of water resources and economy are at a high level of development;The three subsystems of society,environment,and technology also show a good development trend,but still at a relatively low level.The five subsystems have entered the stage of high-level coupling and moderate coupling coordination development since 2018,with 2019-2021 being a good coupling coordination type.
