摘要
文章通过试验测定环氧树脂改性混凝土在养护龄期7 d、28 d、60 d、90 d、120 d的抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度、抗折强度,分析了改性材料对混凝土力学性能的影响,确定了改性混凝土中环氧树脂乳液的合理掺量。试验结果表明,当环氧树脂掺量为15%时,混凝土具有较好的抗压强度;当掺量为10%时,混凝土具有较好的劈裂抗拉强度和抗折强度。掺入适量环氧树脂乳液、延长养护龄期,可以改善混凝土力学性能。
In this paper,the compressive strength,splitting tensile strength and flexural strength of epoxy resin modified concrete at 7 d,28 d,60 d,90 d and 120 d of curing age were measured by experiments,the influence of modified materials on the mechanical properties of concrete was analyzed,and the reasonable dosage of epoxy resin emulsion in modified concrete was determined.The test results show that when the epoxy resin content is 15%,the concrete has good compressive strength.When the content is 10%,the concrete has good splitting tensile strength and flexural strength.Adding an appropriate amount of epoxy resin emulsion and prolonging the curing period can improve the mechanical properties of concrete.
