摘要
采用蒸汽减温减压器、背压式蒸汽轮机、蒸汽压力匹配器以及蒸汽涡轮增压器等四种蒸汽调整装置,将300MW等级亚临界纯凝发电机组改造为热电联产供热机组,在供热量和供热蒸汽参数相同的条件下,利用㶲分析法和等效焓降法对四种蒸汽调整装置的性能进行比较研究。结果表明,基于蒸汽压缩技术的蒸汽涡轮增压器性能最佳、装置㶲损失最少。
Four types of steam conditioning devices such as steam desuperheater,backpressure steam turbine,steam pressure matcher,and steam turbocharger are used for the conversion of a 300MW class subcritical condensing generating unit into a cogeneration heating unit,and a comparative study of the performance of the four types of steam conditioning devices was carried out under the conditions of the same heating capacity and heating steam parameters using the exergy analysis method and the equivalent enthalpy drop method.The results show that the steam turbocharger based on vapour compression technology has the best performance and the lowest unit losses.
