温度对FRP加固混凝土构件的影响及国内外标准比较

摘要 纤维增强复合材料(FRP)具有强度高、耐腐蚀、耐疲劳、耐磨损、重量轻等特点,有利于FRP材料在混凝土构件加固中的快速发展,可以用来代替钢筋材料,因此在土木工程领域,FRP的应用具有较高的普遍性,然而在高温、火灾等环境下,相关人员对这种材料的性能依然有着一定的忧虑。基于通过粘贴FRP,对混凝土结构进行加固,同时还分析了FRP及其加固系统受到高温的作用机制,最后立足于行业标准,综合对比这些标准对温度、火灾的影响观点。最后为粘贴FRP加固混凝土可以更好的发展,提出了一些建议。 Fiber reinforced composite materials(FRP)have the characteristics of high strength,corrosion resis⁃tance,fatigue resistance,wear resistance,and lightweight,which are conducive to the rapid development of FRP ma⁃terials in the reinforcement of concrete components.They can be used to replace steel reinforcement materials.Therefore,in the field of civil engineering,the application of FRP has a high universality.However,in high tempera⁃ture,fire and other environments,relevant personnel still have certain concerns about the performance of this mate⁃rial.Based on the reinforcement of concrete structures by pasting FRP,the mechanism of FRP and its reinforcement system under high temperature is analyzed,and finally based on industry standards,the influence of these standards on temperature and fire is comprehensively compared.Finally,a series of suggestions were proposed to promote the development of FRP reinforced concrete.
