西藏扎拉水电站工程关键技术综述

摘要 为提升西藏地区水电开发水平,以扎拉水电站为研究对象,结合该工程特点,总结了扎拉水电站工程勘察设计中遇到的关键技术问题,并通过方案比较、试验研究等手段提出了解决思路和具体方案。扎拉水电站采用引水式开发,工程无法避让区域性闹中活动断裂,具有“高水头、冲击式、深竖井、多断裂带”等特点,同时将装备世界最大的单机容量(500 MW)冲击式机组,工程建设面临较大挑战。对此,扎拉水电站引水开发选择采用“裁弯取直”方式,可较好适应藏东南高山峡谷地区大拐弯段的河流条件。在设计引水隧洞时,采取减小过闹中断裂引水隧洞规模,设置排水洞,混凝土衬砌采用铰接设计以及加强安全监测等综合措施。针对500 MW冲击式水轮转轮,推荐采用锻焊加工制造方式,水斗分瓣考虑避让根部高应力区,转轮轮毂外径约4 900 mm,焊接接头的冲击功可达到70 J(0℃)左右,可基本满足转轮设计制造的要求。 In order to improve the hydropower development level in Xizang,taking Zhala Hydropower Station as the research object,we summarized the key technical problems in the survey and design of Zhala Hydropower Station,and put forward solutions and specific schemes through scheme comparison and test research.The project adopted a water diversion development method,which cannot avoid regional active faults.It had characteristics such as high water head,deep vertical shaft and multiple fault zones,which would be equipped with the world's largest single unit capacity,500 MW Pelton turbine generator unit,facing significant challenges to the construction of the project.In this regard,the"River Cutoff and Straightening"method was adopted for the water diversion development of Zhala Hydropower Station,which can better adapt to the river conditions in the high mountain and canyon areas of south-eastern Xizang.In the design of the water diversion tunnel,comprehensive measures such as reducing the scale of the water diversion tunnel due to overcrowding,setting up drainage tunnels,using hinged concrete lining design,and strengthening safety monitoring were taken.For the 500 MW Pelton water turbine runner,it was recommended using forging welding manufacturing method.The water bucket was divided into sections to avoid high stress areas at the root.The outer diameter of the runner hub was about 4900 mm,and the impact energy of the welded joint can reach about 70 J(0℃),whichcan basically meet therequirementsof runner design and manufacturing.
