摘要
目的研究霉菌性鼻窦炎鉴别诊断期间应用CT检查措施的临床应用价值。方法锁定研究对象:就诊的霉菌性鼻窦炎患者,锁定研究时间,观察对象锁定时间:2020年01月-2022年01月,合计80例,均提供细菌培养(金标准)、CT检查,并分析CT检查的有效性。结果通过细菌培养(金标准)分析,其中霉菌性鼻窦56例(56/80,70.00%),化脓性鼻窦炎24例(24/80,30.00%)。CT检查措施分析,其中霉菌性鼻窦炎55例(55/80,68.75%),化脓性鼻炎25例(25/80,31.25%),误诊1例,误诊率1.25%;CT诊断检查与金标准比较,结果相差较小P>0.05;比较霉菌性鼻窦炎、化脓性鼻炎的CT诊断表现结果,两组结果差值具有统计学意义P<0.05。结论执行CT检查措施于霉菌性鼻窦炎、化脓性鼻窦炎鉴别诊断中,诊断价值较高,可以凭借CT技术有效发现两种疾病的影像学变化,有效减少误诊概率,促使患者对临床诊断的满意度进一步提高。
Objective To study the clinical value of CT in the differential diagnosis of fungal sinusitis.Methods The locked study subjects:patients with fungal sinusitis,the locked study time,the locked observation subjects:January 2020 to January 2022,a total of 80 cases,all of them provided bacterial culture(gold standard),CT examination,and analyzed the effectiveness of CT examination.Results Through the analysis of bacterial culture(gold standard),56 cases(56/80,70.00%)of fungal sinusitis and 24 cases(24/80,30.00%)of suppurative sinusitis were found.Analysis of CT examination measures,including 55 cases of fungal sinusitis(55/80,68.75%),25 cases of purulent rhinitis(25/80,31.25%),1 case was misdiagnosed,with a misdiagnosis rate of 1.25%;Compared with the gold standard,the difference between CT diagnosis and gold standard was small(P>0.05);Comparing the CT diagnosis results of fungal sinusitis and suppurative rhinitis,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of CT examination measures in the differential diagnosis of fungal sinusitis and suppurative sinusitis is of high diagnostic value.It can effectively find the imaging changes of the two diseases by virtue of CT technology,effectively reduce the probability of misdiagnosis,and further improve the satisfaction of patients with clinical diagnosis.
