医用镍钛合金性能特征及其表面改性技术研究进展

摘要 镍钛合金基于特有的超弹性、形状记忆性以及良好的物理机械性与生物相容性,广泛应用于介入医疗领域。同时,由于人体生理环境复杂,镍钛合金不可避免地存在镍离子释放和细菌黏附等问题,通过表面改性技术提升镍钛合金耐蚀性及生物相容性成为了镍钛合金的研究热点。简要介绍了镍钛合金的性能特征以及电火花表面改性、激光诱导、阳极氧化、自组装合成及化学改性等表面处理方法的最新研究进展。总结出微纳结构、元素类型等对镍钛合金表面润湿性、耐蚀性以及生物相容性的影响规律。指出采用多种表面改性技术复合的方法提升植入体性能是未来镍钛合金表面改性的主要方向。 NiTi alloys are widely used in the field of interventional medicine because of their unique hyperelasticity,shape memory,good physical and mechanical properties,biocompatibility.At the same time,due to the complex human physiological environment,NiTi alloy inevitably have problems such as Ni ion release and bacterial adhesion.Improving the corrosion resistance and biocompatibility of NiTi alloy through surface modification technology has become a research hotspot.This paper briefly introduces the properties of NiTi alloy and the latest progress of surface treatment methods such as electric discharge machining surface modification,laser induction,anodic oxidation,self-assembly synthesis and chemical surface modification.The effects of micro/nano structure and element types on the wettability,corrosion resistance and biocompatibility of NiTi alloy are summarized.It is pointed out that the main direction of surface modification of NiTi alloy in the future is to adopt multiple surface modification technologies to improve the implant performance.
