R2R3型MYB转录因子调控植物胁迫应答的研究进展

摘要 MYB转录因子(TF)是植物中最大的转录家族之一,广泛参与植物生命过程. R2R3-MYB转录因子作为MYB TF家族最大的亚家族,在植物响应生物和非生物胁迫过程中发挥着重要作用.本文简要综述了MYB转录因子的分类,并具体论述了R2R3型MYB转录因子在调控植物应答病害、虫害等生物胁迫和干旱、低温、盐等非生物胁迫中的作用机制. MYB transcription factor(TF)is one of the largest transcription factor families in plants and is widely involved in plant life processes.R2R3-MYB transcription factor is the largest subfamily of the MYB TF family and plays an important role in plant responses to biotic and abiotic stresses.In current article,the classification of MYB transcription factors was briefly demonstrated and the underlying mechanism of R2R3 transcription factors in regulating plant responses to biotic stress such as microorganisms,herbivorous insects,and abiotic stresses such as drought,low temperature and salt in recent years was elaborated.
