摘要
目的:分析2016-2021年湖南某三甲中医医院乳腺疾病患者流行病学特征。方法:选取2016-2021年湖南中医药大学第一附属医院乳腺科收治的22421例患者作为研究对象,统计22421例乳腺疾病患者时间分布特征、一般资料、年龄分布特点及疾病种类。结果:2016年乳腺疾病患者2223例(9.91%),2017年乳腺疾病患者3366例(15.01%),2018年乳腺疾病患者4284例(19.11%),2019年乳腺疾病患者4103例(18.30%),2020年乳腺疾病患者4041例(18.02%),2021年乳腺疾病患者4404例(19.64%),发病率呈增长趋势。22421例乳腺疾病患者多数已婚,医疗付费方以城镇职工医保为主,女性患者占99.59%(22329例),职业多为干部职员。22421例乳腺疾病患者年龄多为30~49岁,疾病种类多为乳腺癌、乳腺良性肿瘤,其中年龄15~39岁患者疾病种类以乳腺良性肿瘤为主,年龄40~79岁患者疾病种类以乳腺癌为主。结论:2016-2021年湖南某三甲中医医院乳腺疾病发病率呈逐年增长趋势,乳腺疾病好发于女性,患者多数已婚,年龄多为30~49岁,职业多为干部职员,医疗付费方式以城镇职工医保为主,疾病种类多为乳腺癌、乳腺良性肿瘤。建议>30岁女性定期进行乳腺疾病筛查,做到早筛查、早诊断、早治疗。同时相关部门需要加大乳腺疾病健康宣教力度,宣传适当运动、作息规律、情绪稳定的重要性。
Objective:To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of patients with breast diseases in a third-grade TCM hospital in Hunan from 2016 to 2021.Methods:A total of twenty-two thousand four hundred and twenty-one patients admitted to the breast department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine from 2016 to 2021 were selected as the study objects.The time distribution characteristics,general data,age distribution characteristics and disease types of twentytwo thousand four hundred and twenty-one patients with breast diseases were analyzed.Results:There were 2223 cases(9.91%)of breast diseases in 2016,3366 cases(15.01%)in 2017,4284 cases(19.11%)in 2018,4103 cases(18.30%)in 2019,4041 cases(18.02%)in 2020,and 4404 cases(19.64%)in 2021,the incidence rate showed an increasing trend;most of the 22421 patients with breast diseases were married,and the medical payers were mainly urban workers'medical insurance,with female patients accounting for 99.59%(22329 cases),and most of them were cadres and staff;most of the 22421 patients with breast diseases were aged 30-49 years old,and the disease types were mostly breast cancer and benign breast tumors,among which the disease types of patients aged 15-39 years old were mainly benign breast tumors,and the disease types of patients aged 40-79 years old were mainly breast cancer.Conclusion:From 2016 to 2021,the incidence rate of breast diseases in a third-grade Chinese medicine hospital in Hunan showed an increasing trend year by year.Breast diseases tend to occur in women,most of the patients are married,aged from 30 to 49 years old,and most of them are cadres and staff.The medical payers are mainly urban workers'medical insurance,and most of the diseases are breast cancer and benign breast tumors.It is recommended that women aged 30 should regularly screen for breast diseases,so as to achieve early screening,early diagnosis and early treatment.At the same time,the relevant departments need to strengthen the health education of breast diseases,and publicize the importance of proper exercise,regular work and rest,and emotional stability.
