摘要
目的:分析基于问题的教学法(PBL)在中医院普通外科规培中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年2月—2023年2月于贵州中医药大学第一附属医院普通外科进行规培的62名学生作为研究对象,随机分为研究组和对照组,各31名。对照组实施常规教学,研究组实施PBL。比较两组教学效果、教学满意度。结果:研究组现代医学理论、实践操作、中医辨病辨证思维评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。研究组规培教学满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.045)。结论:PBL在中医院普通外科规培中的应用效果显著,可提高教学效果和教学满意度。
Objective:To analyze the application of problem-based learning(PBL)method in standardized training of general surgery department of traditional Chinese medicine hospital.Methods:A total of 62 students who received standardized training in the General Surgery Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2019 to February 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a study group and a control group with 31 students in each group.The control group implemented routine teaching and the study group implemented PBL.The teaching effect and teaching satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The scores of modern medical theory,practical operation and TCM disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation thinking in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The satisfaction with standardized training in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.045).Conclusion:PBL has significant application effects in standardized training of general surgery department of traditional Chinese medicine hospital,and can improve teaching effect and teaching satisfaction.
