摘要 聊天生成预训练转换器(chat generative pretrained transformer,ChatGPT),自2022年11月30日由Open AI公司发布以来,因其出色的交互性能和广泛的应用潜力,受到了教育学界的广泛关注。普通外科学是一门涉及面广、综合性强的临床学科,要求普通外科医生掌握复杂的专业理论知识,具备合格的临床实践能力和专业素养。因此,提升普通外科住培教育的质量和效果至关重要。在“ChatGPT+”新兴时代背景下,普通外科住培教育面临着诸多机遇与挑战。探索和实践如何有效地将ChatGPT等人工智能(artificial intelligence,AI)应用于普通外科住培教育,不仅能够提升教育质量和效果,还将为医学教育的未来发展开辟新的路径。面对这一全新的教育环境,医学教育者、教育基地以及住培医生都需要不断学习和适应,共同推动医学教育的创新与进步。 Since its release by Open AI on November 30,2022,the chat generative pre-trained transformer(ChatGPT)has attracted widespread attention in the field of education due to its excellent interactive performance and wide application potential.General surgery is a comprehensive clinical discipline with a wide scope,requiring general surgeons to master complex professional theoretical knowledge,possess qualified clinical practice abilities,and uphold professional ethics.Therefore,improving the quality and effectiveness of general surgery training education of residents is crucial.Within the emerging time of"ChatGPT+",general surgery training education faces significant opportunities and challenges.Exploring and practicing how to effectively apply artificial intelligence(AI),such as ChatGPT,to general surgery residency training can not only enhance the quality and effectiveness of education but also pave new pathways for the future development of medical education.Faced with this entirely new educational environment,medical educators,educational institutions,and residency trainees all need to continuously learn and adapt,jointly promoting the innovation and progress of medical education.
