摘要
血管外科作为新兴的独立学科,在我国经过多年发展,临床诊治已经取得了巨大的进步。同时,我国血管外科的基础研究也取得了一定的成果,在下肢动脉硬化闭塞症、主动脉夹层、动脉瘤、深静脉血栓形成等疾病的基础研究中,做出了许多创新性的发现,为深入认识和治疗这些疾病提供了新的思路。本文拟通过总结我国血管外科学者在基础科研领域的研究现状,展示目前所取得的成绩和存在的不足,并指出未来基础研究的潜在方向。
As an emerging independent discipline,the clinical diagnosis and treatment of vascular surgery has gained rapid and significant progress in China after years of development.Meanwhile,China's basic research in vascular surgery has also yielded certain achievements,including numerous innovative findings in diseases such as arteriosclerosis obliterans,aortic dissection,aneurysms,and deep venous thrombosis,providing new insights for further understanding and treating these diseases.This paper aims to demonstrate the achievements and shortages in the field by summarizing the status of basic research on vascular surgery in China,and tries to shed light on future prospects for relevant basic research.
