产教融合背景下河南省物流管理专业人才培养研究

Research on Logistics Management Professional Talents Training in Henan Province Under the Background of Industry-Education Integration

摘要 定性分析河南省物流业发展现状、发展趋势,基于河南省“十四五”现代物流业发展规划进一步分析河南省物流管理人才培养需求,提出思政教育与专业育人融合、产业发展与专业教育融合人才培养模式。研究认为,物流管理专业人才培养应着力满足高阶物流管理人才培养需求和行业发展对物流管理专业人才知识与能力的需求,在培养路径上可以考虑采取全员全过程全课程思政育人,充实实践教学教师力量,构建实践教学实体平台,强化校企合作力度深度,创新人才培养模式等。 This paper qualitatively analyzes the development status and trend of logistics industry in Henan Province,further analyzes the training needs of logistics management talents in Henan Province based on the“14th Five-Year Plan”of modern logistics industry development planning,and puts forward the talent training mode integrating ideological and political education with professional education,industrial development and professional education.According to the research,logistics management personnel training should focus on meeting the needs of high-level logistics management personnel training and the needs of the industry development on the knowledge and ability of logistics management professionals.In the training path,we can consider adopting whole-staff,whole-process and whole-course ideological and political education,filling the strength of practical teaching teachers,constructing practical teaching entity platform,strengthening the depth of school-enterprise cooperation,innovating talent training mode,etc.
