高速转向架结构特点及其分析

摘要 转向架是高速列车核心关键部件,决定了高速列车能否高速、平稳、安全运行。文章在介绍国内外典型高速列车转向架结构组成的基础上,总结了高速转向架普遍采用的结构特征,如H型构架、低锥度车轮踏面、空心轴轮对、转臂式轴箱定位、冗余抗蛇行减振器结构、大柔度空气弹簧悬挂、二系垂向减振器等;从高速列车安全平稳运行的要求出发,分析了这些结构特征所带来的优势,特别是对车辆系统动力学的影响,以及相关设计时需要注意的问题;提出了未来高速转向架的创新研究方向。 The bogie is a key component of high-speed trains,which determines whether high-speed trains can operate at high speed,smoothly,and safely.On the basis of introducing the structural composition of typical high-speed train bogies at home and abroad,this article summarizes the commonly used structural features of high-speed bogies,such as H-typed bogie frame,low conicity wheel tread,hollow axle wheelset,rotary arm positioning,redundant anti-hunting damper structure,high flexible air spring suspension,secondary vertical damper,etc.Starting from the requirements of safe and stable operation of high-speed trains,the advantages brought by these structural features,especially the impact on vehicle system dynamics,and the issues that need to be focused on related design are analyzed,and innovative research directions for future high-speed bogies is proposed.
