基于遥感技术的雅安市矿区生态修复治理规划研究

摘要 为助力雅安市国土空间格局优化,服务雅安市生态文明建设和高质量可持续发展,以全面筑牢长江上游重要生态屏障为目标,以系统解决核心生态问题为导向,以统筹山水林田湖草沙一体化保护修复为主线,结合雅安市资源禀赋条件和实际需求,运用遥感等技术手段,开展规划编制及专题研究工作,通过对数据信息提取、分类、分析和评价,对雅安市生态环境问题进行诊断与评价,合理划定矿山生态修复分区,确定生态保护修复目标任务,并提出雅安市生态修复保护建议。 In order to help optimize the spatial pattern of Ya'an City,serve the construction of ecological civilization and high-quality sustainable development of Ya'an City,with the goal of comprehensively building important ecological barriers in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River,guided by systematically solving core ecological problems,and focusing on the integrated protection and restoration of mountains,rivers,forests,fields,lakes and grasslands as the main line,remote sensing and other technological means are applied in combination with the resource endowment conditions and actual needs of Ya'an City,this paper carries out planning and thematic research.Through the extraction,classification,analysis and evaluation of data information,the ecological environment problems of Ya'an city were diagnosed and evaluated,the ecological restoration zones of mines were reasonably demarcated,the ecological restoration objectives and tasks were determined,and the ecological restoration and protection suggestions were put forward.
