摘要
橡胶制品(包括轮胎和非轮胎橡胶制品)硫化烟气是由多种组分形成的一种复杂混合物,其组分随着胶料配方的更新迭代以及新原材料的加入而变化,对硫化烟气组分进行定性和定量分析必要且迫切。硫化烟气的分析方法包括工厂实地收集硫化烟气和实验室模拟硫化烟气分析方法,前者偏向于对橡胶企业的绿色环保情况进行评价,后者多用于对硫化烟气进行系统性研究。气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用仪是硫化烟气分析的必备仪器。目前国内针对硫化烟气的系统性研究仍较少,建议橡胶制品生产企业建立自己的硫化烟气数据库,为打造可持续发展的绿色橡胶行业提供支持。
Vulcanization fume of rubber products(including tire and non-tire rubber products)is a complex mixture formed by various components,and its components change with the updating of compound formulas and the addition of new raw materials,so it is necessary and urgent to analyze the components of vulcanization fume qualitatively and quantitatively.Vulcanization fume analytical methods include on-site collection of vulcanization fume in the factory and laboratory simulation of vulcanization fume.The former is inclined to evaluate the green environmental protection of rubber enterprises,while the latter is mostly used for the systematic research of vulcanization fume.Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)combination instrument is a necessary analytical equipment for the study of vulcanization fume.At present,there are still few systematic studies on vulcanization fumes in China,and it is recommended that rubber enterprises establish their database on vulcanization fumes to support the creation of a sustainable green rubber industry.
