广州港LNG船舶引航过程中移动安全区范围研究

摘要 为保障广州港LNG船舶引航安全,综合考虑广州港通航环境、LNG船舶特性等因素,研究确定考虑多因素影响的LNG船舶移动安全区宽度定量计算方法,结合广州港不同进出港船型,计算得到广州港LNG船舶引航过程中移动安全区范围,尽可能减少占用水域范围,降低对周围通航船舶的影响,针对性制定广州港LNG船舶引航作业安全保障措施.研究表明:较以往计算方法,采用本文计算方法结果更为准确合理,本文计算方法为后续广州港LNG船舶引航作业移动安全区范围确定提供了参考依据. In order to ensure the safety of LNG ship pilotage in Guangzhou Port,comprehensively consider the navigational environment of Guangzhou Port,the characteristics of LNG ships and other factors,study and determine the quantitative calculation method of the width of the mobile safety zone of LNG ships taking into account the influence of multiple factors,and combine with the different types of ships entering and exiting the port of Guangzhou Port,calculate the scope of the mobile safety zone of the pilotage process of the LNG ships in Guangzhou Port to minimize the scope of the occupied water area,and reduce the influence on the surrounding navigating ships.It is also aimed to minimize the occupied water area and reduce the impact on the surrounding navigable vessels,and to formulate safety measures for the pilotage operation of LNG vessels in Guangzhou Port.The study shows that the calculation results of this paper are more accurate and reasonable than the previous calculation methods,which verifies the reasonableness of the model,and the calculation method of this paper provides a reference basis for the subsequent determination of the scope of the mobile safety zone for the pilotage operation of LNG ships in Guangzhou harbor.
