摘要
在开尔文电桥法测电阻电路的基础上,结合同轴电阻、PASCO系统、微小信号放大器等仪器,实现了数字化测量。避免繁琐调节步骤的同时,减小了由于待测电阻长时间通电,温度变化所导致的测量误差。使用该方法测量铜的电阻率及电阻率温度系数,与标准值相比,测量误差较小,说明使用该方法减小测量过程中由于温度变化所导致的误差具有可行性。
Based on the Kelvin bridge resistance measurement circuit,the digital measurement is realized combing coaxial resistance,PASCO system,micro signal amplifier and other instruments.While avoiding the complicated adjustment steps,the measurement error caused by the temperature change due to long-time powered resistance to be measured is reduced.Compared with the standard value,the measurement error of the resistivity and temperature coefficient of resistivity of copper is small,which indicates that the method is feasible to reduce the error caused by temperature change in the measurement process.
