基于水锤防护的多级增压泵站两阶段关阀策略优化研究

Research on Optimization of Two-stage Valve Shutoff Strategy of Multi-stage Booster Pump Stations Based on Water Hammer Protection

摘要 多级增压泵站常用于山地村镇供水,在长距离多级增压供水管道上下游发生事故停泵时,易导致管道内流速突变及压强大幅波动,进而形成水锤。为减轻水锤对长距离多级增压供水系统的破坏,以各级泵站两阶段关阀程序参数(快关时间、慢关时间、快关角度)为决策变量,以最大水锤压力为优化目标,构建了两阶段关阀优化模型,并使用遗传算法(GA)求解两阶段关阀最优策略。以华东某山地村镇供水管网为算例进行验证。结果表明,该模型提供的各级增压泵站两阶段关阀程序方案具有良好适用性,且调节两阶段关阀程序策略可以有效降低水锤对供水系统的影响,从而大大提高此类供水管网的安全性。 Multi-stage booster pump stations are commonly seen in mountain villages and towns to supply water.When an accident occurs in the upstream and downstream of a long distance multi-stage pressurized water supply pipeline,the accident stops the pump and easily leads to sudden changes in the flow rate and pressure fluctuations in the pipeline,resulting in water hammer.To address the problem of reducing water hammer damage to a long distance multi-stage pressurized water supply system,a two-stage valve closing optimization model was established by taking the two-stage valve closing program parameters(fast closing time,slow closing time,fast closing angle)of pumping stations as decision variables and taking the maximum water hammer pressure as the optimization goal.The genetic algorithm was used to obtain the optimal two-stage valve closing strategy.Finally,the water supply pipe network of a mountainous village in East China was taken as an example for verification.The results show that the two-stage gate closing procedure scheme by the model for booster pumping stations has good applicability,and the two-stage valve closing program strategy can effectively reduce the influence of water hammer on the water supply system,thereby greatly improving the safety of such water supply pipe network.
