甘肃微波艰苦台站智慧运维平台建设

摘要 2018年底,甘肃省广播电视局(以下简称甘肃广电)实现了微波传输网的数字化和网际互连协议(Internet Protocol,IP)化。为确保广播电视安全播出,甘肃广电积极探索艰苦台站智慧化运维管理平台建设,对纳入传输网中的全省87个台站的传输设备、信号链路、动力环境、故障预警和故障定位等进行统一管理,逐步实现艰苦高山台站“有人留守、无人值班”的智慧化管理模式。基于此,介绍甘肃IP微波传输网智慧运维平台建设的必要性和平台的基本功能,从平台建设总体要求及设计思路出发,论述甘肃广播电视微波网路段维护中心的建设及试点情况。通过文章研究,希望能够创造出一个全方位管理、组织、指挥、协调、判断和控制的“智慧大脑”,这也是智慧化台站转型的最终目标。 At the end of 2018,Gansu Provincial Radio and Television Bureau(hereinafter referred to as Gansu Radio and Television)realized the digitalization of microwave transmission network and Internet Protocol(P).In order to ensure the safe broadcast of radio and television,Gansu Radio and Television actively explores the construction of intelligent operation and maintenance management platform for arduous stations,and carries out unified management of transmission equipment,signal links,power environment,fault warning and fault location of 87 stations in the province that are included in the transmission network,and gradually realizes the intelligent management mode of"someone stays behind and no one is on duty"for arduous mountain stations.Based on this,the paper first introduces the necessity of building intelligent operation and maintenance platform of Gansu IP microwave transmission network and the basic functions of the platform,and then discusses the construction and pilot of the maintenance center of Gansu radio and television microwave network from the general requirements of platform construction and design ideas.Through the research of this paper,we hope to create a"smart brain"that can manage,organize,command,coordinate,judge and control in an all-round way,which is also the ultimate goal of the transformation of intelligent stations.
