日本益生菌饮料功能初探

Preliminary Study on the Functions of Japanese Probiotic Beverages

摘要 从日本益生菌饮料的功能性与消费特征入手,从几个方面刨析日本益生菌饮料的功能特征。通过对相关信息的整理,梳理日本益生菌饮料的组成特点与消费者行为之间的关联。通过考查人群对益生菌饮料的消费心理,探索日本益生菌饮料市场的商业逻辑。随着民众对益生菌饮料功能特性的深入理解,更多的日本人出于健康调理以及丰富饮食的考虑,希望更多的益生菌和益生菌饮料被开发应用。日本饮料业界在顺应这一趋势,积极研发新的生物技术与功能配料。 This paper starts with the functionality and consumption characteristics of Japanese probiotic beverages,and analyzes the functional characteristics of Japanese probiotic beverages from several aspects. By organizing relevant information, the relationship between the composition characteristics of Japanese probiotic beverages and consumer behavior is sorted out. Explore the business logic of the Japanese probiotic beverage market by examining the consumer psychology of the population towards probiotic beverages. With the deepening understanding of the functional characteristics of probiotic beverages among the public, more Japanese people hope that more probiotics and probiotic beverages will be developed and applied out of the consideration of health regulation and rich diet. The Japanese beverage industry is actively developing new biotechnology and functional ingredients in response to this trend.
