摘要
针对大功率LED散热器优化设计中存在的三维流动与传热问题,改善大功率LED散热效果、降低芯片结温、延长LED使用寿命,以LED矩形翅片式散热器为研究对象,利用计算流体动力学(computational fluid dynamics,CFD)软件SOLIDWORKS Flow Simulation,对LED矩形翅片式散热器进行三维数值模拟。通过CAD建模、计算网格划分和给定边界条件,进行数值计算,从增加翅片换热面积、提高翅片换热系数以及增大翅片发射率三个角度给出了LED散热器每个翅片表面的平均温度、平均换热系数及相关流场结构图,为LED散热器的优化设计提供了理论依据。
In order to improve the heat dissipation effect of high power LED,lower chip junction temperature and prolong the service life of LED,taking rectangular finned LED radiator as research object,three-dimensional numerical simulation using computational fluid dynamics(CFD)software SOLIDWORKS flow simulation is carried out.By CAD modeling,computational meshing and giving certain boundary conditions,numerical simulation is accomplished.The average temperature,heat transfer coefficient of each LED radiator's fin surface and relevant flow field pattern are given and analyzed to increase heat transfer area,improve heat transfer coefficient and increase fin emissivity.The results can provide theoretical basis for the optimal design of large LED radiator.
