摘要
共同富裕是社会主义的本质规定和奋斗目标,也是中国社会主义的根本原则。党的十九大报告指出,到2035年,全体人民共同富裕必须迈出坚实步伐;到2050年全体人民共同富裕基本实现。而普惠金融的发展,则为探索共同富裕的实现路径提供了新的思路。本文搜集了我国31个省份2011~2020年共十年的空间面板数据,以此为基础构建空间计量模型,借助stata软件进行空间溢出效应分析。本文得出以下结论:首先,一个地区普惠金融的发展水平对于这个地区共同富裕目标的实现有着显著的促进作用。其次,相邻地区的普惠金融发展水平存在着空间溢出效应,且其效应为正向的空间溢出效应。因此,普惠金融不仅可以通过提高收入、促进经济增长来促进本地区共同富裕目标的实现,而且还可以通过空间溢出效应显著促进邻近地区共同富裕目标的实现。
Common prosperity is the essential provision and goal of socialism,it is also the fundamental principle of Chinese socialism.The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that by 2035,solid steps must be taken to achieve common prosperity for all people;by 2050,common prosperity for all people will be basically realized.The development of inclusive finance provides a path for exploring the path to achieve common prosperity.This article collects spatial panel data from 31 provinces in China for a total of ten years from 2011 to 2020,builds a spatial econometric model based on this,and uses stata software to analyze spatial spillover effects.This article draws the following conclusions:First,The development level of inclusive finance in a region has a significant promotion effect on the realization of the goal of common prosperity in the region.Secondly,the development level of inclusive finance in adjacent regions has a spatial spillover effect,and its effect is a positive spatial spillover effect.Therefore,inclusive finance can not only promote the realization of the goal of common prosperity in the region by increasing income and promoting economic growth,but can also significantly promote the realization of the goal of common prosperity in neighboring regions through spatial spillover effects.
