摘要
在肺癌患者治疗过程中积极联用养阴解毒等中西医结合方式进行治疗,在发挥药物增效减毒作用、提升临床治疗效果、降低肿瘤标志物、提高免疫功能、减轻放化疗药物毒副反应、延长患者生存期及提高生活质量方面均存在显著的价值,能进一步为临床治疗肺癌患者提供新的思路和技术。基于此,文章将从肺癌病因病机及养阴解毒法治疗依据等方面进行综述。
In the treatment process of lung cancer patients,the active combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine,such as nourishing Yin and detoxifying method,has significant value in enhancing drug efficacy and reducing toxicity,improving clinical therapeutic effect,reducing tumor markers,improving immune function,alleviating toxic and side effects of radiotherapy and chemotherapy drugs,prolonging patients'survival time and improving quality of life.It can further provide new ideas and techniques for clinical treatment of lung cancer patients.Based on this,this article will review the etiology and pathogenesis of lung cancer and the treatment basis of nourishing Yin and detoxifying method.
